The benefit of working with [Kitman Labs] is that you have people that have worked in the industry, and because of that experience, you've checked and challenged our way of thinking. Even though we like to think there's not a lot of football bias there, sometimes we do have a football bias.

We utilized the performance medical platform (last season), which gave excellent insight into areas of vulnerability, while guiding toward a prevention specific focus as we prepared for weekly sessions and matches. We are now very excited to also implement the intelligence platform to its full capacity (with Performance Optimization) as we approach the off- and preseason.

There is so much potential working in our Intelligence Platform. It’s not a one size fits all solution, anything is possible to determine when we start to analyze the data. It’s helped our team immensely cut down on our morning meetings, and [gives us] more time to spend on the pitch.
